Brooke has been in the hospitality industry working in restaurants and resorts for the entirety of her career. She has worked in major hospitality towns such as Maui, The Big Island, Napa Valley, San Francisco, Sacramento and the Phoenix valley. Brooke brings a wealth of knowledge to her craft, including weddings, wine tastings, corporate

Brooke has been in the hospitality industry working in restaurants and resorts for the entirety of her career. She has worked in major hospitality towns such as Maui, The Big Island, Napa Valley, San Francisco, Sacramento and the Phoenix valley. Brooke brings a wealth of knowledge to her craft, including weddings, wine tastings, corporate events, and private parties big and small. Her true love is people and community involvement and enjoys sharing her love of the industry with her three children.

Evon grew up with a passion for food. He trained at Le Cordon Bleu before beginning his career in upscale dining at the Wigwam Resort in Litchfield Park. While there, he honed his craft for creation and plating techniques while training under big names like Chef Chris Knouse, Chef Leonard Rubin, Chef Michael Rusconi, Chef Eddie Matney & C

Evon grew up with a passion for food. He trained at Le Cordon Bleu before beginning his career in upscale dining at the Wigwam Resort in Litchfield Park. While there, he honed his craft for creation and plating techniques while training under big names like Chef Chris Knouse, Chef Leonard Rubin, Chef Michael Rusconi, Chef Eddie Matney & Chef Richard Hinojosa. Evon then joined one of the largest restaurant groups in Arizona as Regional Executive Chef before coming to Westside Concepts. He lives on a farm west of the valley with his wife and five sons.
