Brooke brings a wealth of knowledge to her craft, including weddings, wine tastings, corporate events, and private parties big and small. Her true love is people and community involvement and enjoys sharing her love of the industry with her three children.

Evon then joined one of the largest restaurant groups in Arizona as Regional Executive Chef before coming to Westside Concepts. He lives on a farm west of the valley with his wife and five sons.
